This is the most popular Indian snack and is loved by every visitor who visits India. From North India to South India, this snack has found a prominent place in the section of the ‘Snack’ items. It is deep fried and is well-prepared by rolling the dough made up of white flour. The next step involves the filling of the dough with a spicy mix made up of green peas, mashed potatoes, garam masala (a combo of all spices), chili powder, and salt. India is well-known for its authentic street food items and Chaat is the king of the street cuisine. It is either turned out to be a good starter or the favorite evening time snack dish.
